Happy Father's Day

I got a new grill for Father's Day so I cut up a whole chicken and gave it a go. My old grill ("franken-grill" as I called it) had seen better days and had few of its original parts).

New toy: Weber Q120 portable gas grill. This thing is awesome... much better than the grill you see at hardware stores.
grilled sugar snap peas

For these sugar snap peas, we just put few drops of olive oil tossed in a bowl with a touch of salt. They were grilled about 12 mintues at 350 degrees. They were a little tougher than I'm used to when steamed, but tasty with that smokey edge.
